01. Individual Holistic Health Coaching Sessions

I offer 12-Week and 6-month Holistic Health Coaching programs, which is ideal for someone that is seeking a healthier lifestyle, wanting accountability and a long-lasting healthier lifestyle.

02. Group Nutritional Health Coaching Sessions

This is the perfect program for those that love the added accountability of friends or family. Goals are tailored to each participant’s individual needs. This type of program lasts 6 months.

03. Business Wellness Program

This type of Wellness program is tailored towards the needs and wants of your company’s employees. Research shows that employees benefit from wellness programs by improving physical activity, healthier food choices, lower health costs, and show higher productivity at work. There are two options offered for this program, 6 and 12-month programs.

04. Supermarket Tours

Are you looking for healthier and easier options in the grocery store? Maybe you do not know what the label is telling you. That is what I am here for. I can help take the confusion and stress away. As we tour the grocery store together, we can work together to make those easy switches to a healthier and more nutritious option. These tours typically last about an hour to an hour and a half.

05. Pantry and Refrigerator Makeovers

Do you look in your pantry or refrigerator and think is this good for me? Or maybe you need help understanding the food you eat? Maybe you want to start fresh and get on track with your health goals? This is a great way to find those healthy alternatives to the foods you love.

06. Meal Prepping 101

I am a firm believer in meal prepping and the success that people have with it. This is a great opportunity to learn what is needed for meal prepping and how to do it. This is a great way to learn portion control, stay consistent with good nutrition, and make your week less hectic. There are two options: Learn to meal prep together or to go over the basics and prep on your own.

07. One Day Wellness and Yoga Retreats

Wish you could have a day that is focused on good health, feeling centered and rejuvenated, meditation, yoga, and organic healthy food? Then this is a great opportunity for you! One day Wellness retreats will begin in Late Spring.
