Why do the Integrative Nutritional Health Coaching programs last six months?

Research has shown that 6-month health coaching programs give people the opportunity to adapt to a healthier lifestyle change rather than programs that may only last 21 days or 3 months. The focus is turning towards a healthy and lasting lifestyle change rather than the quick fix.

Why am I unable to lose the unwanted weight when I constantly work out?

An unhealthy gut is typically one of the main reasons people are unable to lose that unwanted weight. This can happen by the food and drink we ingest along with the stress and environment around us. By focusing on improving the gut health and decreasing inflammation in our body, it can help lose those unwanted pounds but also help improve your emotional health, sleep, energy, and more.

Are you a nutritionist or dietician?

Michelle is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and is neither a nutritionist nor a dietician, however, she does have years of experience of being a nurse. The difference as a health coach is that I help establish good healthy and holistic habits throughout the program rather than a list of foods to eat or avoid. I offer the accountability, healthy food choices that fit you, and resources to help throughout your program to achieve those lasting lifestyle changes you desire.

Do you give medical advice?

Absolutely not. I would always recommend taking the advice of your doctor. However, I can help follow through with the recommendations that your doctor may have for you, such as, a healthy diet, physical activity, and more.
