Michelle Daniel is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Registered Nurse, and group fitness instructor. She is a wife and a Mom to three beautiful children. She began developing her passion to help others lead a healthier lifestyle while being a busy and stressed trauma nurse. She seemed to be taking care of everyone else besides herself.

Her journey started as she began to focus on improving her own health. As she became healthier on the inside, she gained more energy for herself and her family, her mood improved, she lost the unwanted weight and gained lean muscle. She began running and teaching group fitness classes again. She was sleeping better and each morning she rose feeling refreshed. It was a life-changing ripple effect into other areas of her life. She felt like herself again. She stopped living in survival mode and began to thrive! 

Michelle received her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Through this schooling, she began to focus on the importance of improving gut health and decreasing inflammation in our bodies. As a nurse, she knows that taking care of yourself is the key to prevention towards disease. Being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, she can help give the accountability, support, and resources to help in your journey towards the healthier lifestyle you desire.  

She is passionate in helping others lead healthier lifestyles by taking a holistic approach. She helps you balance different aspects of your life and helps you find what works best and fits into YOUR lifestyle. This is where the magic happens.
